- Weekend mornings full of cartoons so we can get an extra half hour of shut-eye
- An occasional weekday evening for that final half hour before bed-time, so a working pregnant mother can get off of her feet.
- Nights with sick toddlers...
Our girl spiked a 104 degree fever last night, which meant a crowded bed. That super high fever lasted an endless 5-6 hours, which meant very little sleep for us. It's amazing how worry will prevent you from sleeping soundly, if at all. The poor little thing's feet were even roasting. Although I am thankful that she is feeling much better this morning, I'd be much happier if she was napping at the moment. Her mother can barely keep her eyes open. Lily must have gotten a good night's sleep.
