We received our first winter snow, very appropriately on the first day of December. Having fond memories of waking up to that first glisteny snowfall as a child, I couldn't wait to show Jack and Lily. These pictures are from their first viewing of it at 6:30 this morning.
Lily kept telling her brother, "Look, Baby Jack! It's Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!! Isn't it beautiful?"See how affectionately he looks up at his sister like she is the one who magically made it happen.

I remember when I used to be excited about snow. We haven't gotten any yet, but figure it'll soon be coming our way!
I was like that when I first moved up here! If I heard a report about snow, I'd get up super early and look out the window....and I still do :)
