Jack's brother, the infamous Uncle Brenden, is the namesake for this site. Most of you know him as a free-spirited guy who chooses to open the coolest doors of
opportunity for himself. He is currently teaching middle school in Belgium, one of the latest stops on the "adventure" he calls life. Since Uncle B is missing the daily grind of seeing his niece and new nephew, he is our inspiration for this blog.
Aunt Jean was kind enough to send us this photo of Brenden from his thirteenth birthday. I'm not sure whose idea it was to attend Hooters...but Uncle B looks mighty happy.

I bet it was Jack's idea for Brenden to go to Hooter's for his birthday! That's is big brothers are for...right?
